 Tony’s Marketing Plan
1) Install West USA Realty yard sign in key visual area, to direct prospects and agents to our office and MLS for additional information on your property.
2) Secure property with an electronic lockbox which gives East Valley/Phoenix MLS (Multi-List Service) (18,000!) agents logged access to your home and provides a detailed record of who visited and when.
3) Two or more digital color photos placed in MLS listing to show off your home to buyers doing MLS searches from around the nation.
4) I will list and feature your property on the West USA Realty Tony Cizerle, GRI web page for all to see.
5) I will include your property with our For Sale ads running in the ArizonaRepublic
6) I will include color flyers of property in my emailed newsletter as a featured home.
7) Attractive professional color flyers with key features highlighted will be printed and supplied for both the in-home presentation and for the yard sign.
8) I will distribute flyers to area MLS offices to bring your home to their agent’s attention.
9) Open House held during the week and/or weekends, as needed to generate traffic.
10) Client feedback and follow up from buyer’s agents and foot traffic generated by open houses and advertising.
11) Personal phone follow-up on all visitors not represented by a buyer agent.
12) Provide a team of partners, Inspectors, Appraisers, Mortgage Bankers and Title Companies to make sure your transaction proceeds as smooth as possible.
